UISC উদ্যোক্তাদের সফল হওয়ার কৌশল :

আমরা যে পেশাই নিয়োজিত থাকিনা কেন, আমরা চাই সেখানে আমরা সফল হই, পেশার প্রসার ঘটুক এবং সমৃদ্ধিশালী হউক। কিন্তু  কিকি উপায়ে তা বাস্তবায়ন করা সম্ভব তা জানি না। UISC উদ্যোক্তা হিসেবে সফল হতে হলে কিছু বিষয় বিবেচনায় নিয়ে আব্যশিকভাবে পালন করা বাঞ্চনীয়। ঠিক তেমনী কিছু কিছু বিষয় পরিহার করতে হবে।

ক)  কিছু বিষয়ে মনোযোগী হওয়া :

        ১) কম্পিউটারের এ-জেড সম্পর্কে বিভিন্ন বিষয় জানুন। বিশেষ করে কম্পিউটারের হার্ডওয়্যার, ইউন্ডোজ অপারেটিং সিস্টেম, এমএস অফিস, ফটো এডিটিং সম্পর্কে ভাল জ্ঞান অর্জন করতে হবে। অনলাইনে আয় করার এবং অনলাইন সেবার উপর জোর দিতে হবে। কম্পিউটারের ছোট ছোট ট্রাবল শুটিংগুলো যেন আপনার নিজেই সমাধান করতে পারেন।

        ২) ই-যোগাযোগ সম্পর্কে ভাল ধারণা রাখতে হবে। ই-মেইল খোলা, ইন্টারনেট থেকে বিভিন্ন তথ্য খোজে বের করার পদ্ধতি সম্পর্কে জানতে হবে। তাছাড়া বিভিন্ন সামাজিক সাইটে একাউন্ট খোলা ও সামাজিক সাইটে বিভিন্ন বিষয়ে লেখ এবং ব্লগে কম্পিউটারের বিষয় শেয়ার করায় পারদর্শী হতে হবে।

        ৩) সামাজিক যোগাযোগ বৃদ্ধি করতে। সমাজের সকল স্তরের নাগরিকের সাথে ভাল ব্যবহার করা এবং সকল প্রকার ঝামেলা ছাড়া নাগরিকদের চাহিদা মোতাবেক ই-সেবা প্রদান করতে হবে।

        ৪) UISC গুলোর কার্যক্রম সম্পর্কে ব্যাপক প্রচারের জন্য ইতিবাচক পদক্ষেপ গ্রহণ করতে হবে। ইতোমধ্যে ‘UISC কার্যক্রমের ব্যাপক প্রচার’ শিরোনামে UISC গুলোর ব্যাপক প্রচার সম্পর্কে বিগত ০১ মে, ২০১৩ তারিখে একটি এর্টিকেল পোষ্ট করা হয়েছে। এর্টিকেলটি আর্কাইভ থেকে দেখা যাতে পারে।

        ৫) অতিরিক্ত জেলা প্রশাসক (আইসিটি), উপজেলা নির্বাহী অফিসার এবং সহকারী কমিশনার (আইসিটি), সহকারী প্রোগ্রামার এবং জেলা ই-সেবার সংগে সার্বক্ষনিক যোগাযোগ বজায় রাখার চেষ্টা করুন।

        ৬)  ইউনিয়ন চেয়ারম্যান ও সচিব এর সাথে সবসময় সদ্ভাব বজায় রাখুন। স্বপ্রণোদিত হয়ে তাদের প্রতি সহযোগী মনোভাব পোষণ করবেন। আপনি এটাকে চ্যালেঞ্জ হিসেবে নেন। স্থানীয় প্রশাসন যেন আপনার প্রতি সবসময় সহযোগী মনোভাব পোষন করে।

        ৭) ইউনিয়ন তথ্য ও সেবা কেন্দ্রে নিয়মিত উপস্থিত থাকার চেষ্টা করবেন। কোন সেবা প্রার্থী যেন কেন্দ্রে এসে আপনাকে না পেয়ে ফেরৎ না যায়। আপনার কোন অসুবিধা থাকলে বা ব্যক্তিগত কোন কাজ থাকলে বিকল্প উদ্যোক্তাকে UISC তে রেখে যান। এতে আপনার প্রতি স্থানীয় জনগণের আস্থা বাড়বে।

        ৮) ইউনিয়ন তথ্য ও সেবা কেন্দ্রটি সুন্দরভাবে ও পরিপাটি করে সাজিয়ে রাখুন। কম্পিউটারসহ অন্যান্য যন্ত্র সামগ্রীর যত্ন নিন। কেউ সহযোগিতা করলে তার প্রশংসা করুন।

খ)  পরিহারযোগ্য বিষয়গুলো :

        ১) ইউনিয়ন পরিষদের চেয়ারম্যান, সদস্য ও ইউপি সচিব এর সাথে সব সময় স্বদভাব বজায় রাখতে হবে। তাদের সাথে যে কোন পরিস্থিতি বিরোধে জড়ানো থেকে বিরত থাকতে হবে।

        ২) নিজের সামাজিক, রাজনৈতিক ও অর্থনৈতিক সকল প্রকার ক্ষমতা প্রদর্শন করা থেকে বিরত থাকতে হবে। একটি কথা সবসময় মনে রাখবেন যে, Customer is the master of a Business man.

        ৩) সেবা গ্রহীতার সাথে অনাবশ্যক তর্ক করা থেকে বিরত থাকতে হবে। এমন কোন কাজ করবেন না, যা পাশ্ববর্তী ইউআইএসসি উদ্যোক্তার জন্য বিরক্তিকর পরিবেশ সৃষ্টি করে।

        ৪) সকল প্রকার আলোস্য পরিহার করতে হবে।

 যে কোন কাজে সফল হওয়ার জন্য কিছু কাজ পরিহার করতে হয়, ঠিক তেমনী কিছু বিষয় আবশ্যিকভাবে পালন করতে হয়। UISC এর উদ্যোক্তা হিসেবে উপরোক্ত বিষয়গুলোর প্রতি সজাগ দৃষ্টি দিলে সফল হওয়া সম্ভব।

Strategy of UISC entrepreneurs to become successful :

We are engaged in any profession, we want to be successful in that platform. But majority of us do not know how to successful in our career. As a UISC entrepreneur to be successful, you must considering a few things. Those are mention below.

A)  To be attentive in some matters:

1)    Learn about Computer A - Z in the various issues. In particular, good knowledge on computer hardware, operating systems, MS Office, Photo editing has to achieve. On-line income and online services will be emphasized. Simple Computer Trouble shooting that you can fix yourself.

2)    Good idea of e-​​communication should be kept. Know more about create e-mail account, how you wish to find the information from the internet. Moreover, know how to open an account and write about varieties topic in the social site & blogs.

3)    To increase social contact. To good behavior with citizens at all levels of society and provide e-service without all kinds of trouble.

4)    To take the positive steps to publicity of UISC activities. Already post a article about how to publicity the title of Comprehensive publicity of UISC’s activities on 01, may, 2013 in this blog. The article can be seen from archive.

5)    Always try to maintain contact with Additional Deputy Commissioner (ICT), Upazila nirbahi Officer, Assistant Commissioner (ICT), assistant programmer and district ICT center.

6)    Keep the good relation with UP Chairman and Secretary. Willingly helping attitude of them always. You took it as a challenge. They always associate your attitude towards.

7)    You will try to attend at Union information and service center(UISC) regularly. Always remember that nobody go back with disappointed who came to UISC for service. If you have any problems or work, leave the UISC to handover the responsibility to alternate UISC entrepreneur. This will increase your confidence in the local community.

8)    To decorate & organized The Union information and service center (UISC). Take care of computer & other machine tool well. To praise who help you.

B)      Avoided issues:

1)     Always try to maintain good relation with UP Chairman, UP Members and Secretary. You must refrain from any such dispute involved with their.

2)     You must refrain from showing the social, political and economic power. Always remember that, ‘Customer is the master of a Businessman’.

3)     UISC entrepreneur will always avoid the unnecessary argument with service seeker. Do not do any work, which is annoying environment for entrepreneurship in neighboring UISC.

4)     To avoid all kinds of laziness.

 For success in any business is avoided something, but other something is necessarily performed. If you want to successful as UISC's entrepreneur, you can be done as per the above mentioned role.

কম্পিউটার ব্যবহারকারীদের মারাত্মক ভূলগুলো :

UISC উদ্যোক্তাগণ প্রতিনিয়ত ডেস্কটপ বা ল্যাপটপ কম্পিউটারের সাথে যুক্ত রয়েছেন। কম্পিউটারের মাধ্যমে অনলাইনের বিভিন্ন সেবা প্রদান করাই তাদের প্রদান কাজ। কিন্ত ল্যাপটপ বা ডেস্কটপ কম্পিউটার ব্যবহার করতে এবং অন-লাইনে কাজ করতে  গিয়ে আমরা প্রতিনিয়ত নিজের অজান্তে বিভিন্ন ভূল করে থাকি। নিম্নে বহুল ব্যবহৃত ভূলগুলোর কয়েকটি তুলে ধরা হলো।

১)  ভুল পার্টস ক্রয় করা : নতুন কম্পিউটার ক্রয় কিংবা পুরাতন কম্পিউটারকে আপগ্রেড করার আগে অন-লাইন থেকে বিস্তারিত তথ্য  জেনে নেয়া কিংবা অভিজ্ঞ কারো সহায়তা নিয়ে কেনা উচিত। অথচ আমরা কেই এ বিষয়টিকে গুরুত্ব দেই না। যার কারণে প্রায় সময় সঠিক কম্পোনেন্ট না কেনার কারণে আমাদের ঠকতে হয় এবং সমস্যায় পড়তে হয়।

     তাই এ ক্ষেত্রে কম্পিউটারের নতুন কোন কম্পোনন্টে ক্রয় করারস আগে অন-লাইন থেকে উক্ত কম্পোনেন্ট সম্পর্কে বিস্তারিত তথ্য জেনে অথবা অভিজ্ঞ করো সহায়তায়ে ক্রয় করা উচিত।

২)  USB ড্রাইভ ড্যামেজ করা : USB ডিভাইস বর্তমান সময়ে খুবই কার্যকর একটি কম্পোনেন্ট। কিন্তু উক্ত ডিভাইসকে সহজেই ক্ষতিগ্রস্থ করা যায় উইন্ডোজের প্রসেসের মাধ্যমে। যেমন প্রিন্টারের মত ইউএসবি ডিভাইসের কথা বলা যেতে পারে। USB ডিভাইসে রক্ষিত কোন ডাটার প্রিন্ট শেষ না হওয়ার আগে USB ডিভাইসটি বের করে ফেললে পিসিকে পুনরায় রিস্টার্ট করতে হয়, পুনরায় প্রিন্ট কার্যক্রম শুরু করার আগে। তবে মারত্মক যে সমস্যা হতে পারে, তা হলো USB ডিভাইসে রক্ষিত ডাটা হারিয়ে যেতে পারে।

     তাই এ ধরণের অনাকাঙ্খিত ঝুকি এড়ানোর জন্য Windows Notification এরিয়ার (টাস্ক বারের ডান পাশে) Safely Remove Hardware আইকনে ডাবল ক্লিক করলে Removable ডিভাইস লিষ্ট পাওয়া পাবে। সেখান থেকে কাঙ্খিত ডিভাইসটি সিলেক্ট করে OK করলে উইন্ডোজ নিরাপদে ডিভাউসটি খোলার অনুমতি দিবে এবং USB ডিভাউসটি নিরাপদে সরাতে পারবেন। এতে করে USB ডিভাইসের কোন ক্ষতি হবে না এবং আপনার সংরক্ষিত ডাটাগুলোও নিরাপদ থাকবে।

৩। কম্পিউটারে পাসওয়ার্ড না দেয়া : পাসওয়ার্ড বিহীন কম্পিউটার অনেকটা দরজা বিহীন উন্মুক্ত ঘরের মত। ঘরে যেমন দরজা না থাকলে যে কেউ খুব সহজে ঢুকতে পারে। ঠিক তেমনি আপনার কম্পিউটারটি লক করা না থাকলে যে কোন ব্যবহারকারী কম্পিউটারে ঢুকে প্রয়োজনীয় ডাটা নষ্ট করতে পারে।

     তাই অনাকাঙ্খিত কোন ব্যবহারকারীর হাত থেকে আপনার কম্পিউটার বা কম্পিউটারে সংরক্ষি ডাটার নিরাপত্তার জন্য সব সময় windows password বা BIOS Password দিয়ে lock রাখা প্রয়োজন।

4। একই  Password বার বার ব্যবহার করা : ডকুমেন্টের নিরাপত্তার জন্য সবসময় Password ব্যবহার করা প্রয়োজন। তবে Passwordটি অবশ্যই জটিল হতে হবে। এমন অনেক ব্যবহারকারী রয়েছেন যারা মনে রাখার সুবিধার্থে তাদের বিভিন্ন ধরণের একাউন্টে একই Password ব্যবহার করে থাকেন। যা একটি মারাত্মক ভূল। তাছাড়া Passwordটি কম্পিউটারে বা মোবাইল ফোনে অন্যান্য গুরুত্বপূর্ণ তথ্যের সাথে রাখা উচিত নয়।

     তাই কোন অবস্থাতেই বিভিন্ন একাউন্ডের (ই-মেইল, ইউজার ইত্যাদি) Password একই ধরণের না দিয়ে ভিন্ন ভিন্ন Password দিন এবং মনে রাখার সুবিধার্থে Passwordটি লিখে রাখতে হলে অবশ্যই ছদ্মনামে লিখে রাখুন ।

5। ইমেজ বা ডকুমেন্ট শেয়ারিং করা : কম্পিউটারের ওয়ার্ডে তৈরী কোন ডকুমেন্ট বা ডিজিটাল ক্যামেরা দিয়ে তোলা কোন ছবি অন্য কারো সাথে শেয়ার করলে, শেয়ারের সাথে সাথে শুধু ছবি বা ডকুমেন্ট শেয়ার করা হয় না। সাথে সাথে ছবিগুলো কবে, কখন তোলা হয়েছে এবং ছবির বিষয়বস্তু দিয়ে কোথায় তুলা হয়েছে, তা শেয়ার হয়ে যায়। ঠিক তেমনি ওয়ার্ডে তৈরী করা কোন ডকুমেন্টের সাথে সাথে ডকুমেন্টটি কবে তৈরী করা হয়েছে এবং কবে মডিফাই হয়েছে এবং কোন কম্পিউটার থেকে তৈরী হয়েছে তা জানা যায়।

     তাই কোন ইমেজ বা ডকুমেন্ট শেয়ার করা পূর্বে এ বিষয়গুলো বিবেচনা করতে হবে। এবং ওয়ার্ডে কোন ডকুমেন্ট করার জন্য Save এ গিয়ে Save না করে Save as গিয়ে Text Only হিসেবে Save করলে এ সমস্যার সমাধান হবে। কিন্তু আমরা সবাই এ কাজটি করতে ভূল করি।

৬। এন্টি ভাইরাস ব্যবহার না করা : আপনার কম্পিউটার ভাইরাস আক্রান্ত হলে কম্পিউটারে সংরক্ষিত ডাটা ক্ষতিগ্রস্থ হতে পারে এবং কম্পিউটারটি বাজে আচরণ করতে পারে। কম্পিউটারটি বার বার অটো রিস্টার্ট হতে পারে। কম্পিউটার চালুর সাথে সাথে কম্পিউটার আমাদের বিভিন্ন নিরাপত্তামূলক বার্তা দিয়ে থাকে। উক্ত বার্তাগুলোকে আমরা অনেক সময় গুরুত্ব দেই না। আবার গুরুত্ব দিলেও তিনটি ভূল করি। প্রথমত-নতুন পিসি ব্যবহারের সময় এন্টি ভাইরাস ইনস্টল না করা, দ্বিতীয়ত-আপডেট এন্টি ভাইরাস ব্যবহার না  করা এবং তৃতীয়ত-মেয়াদান্তে এন্টি ভাইরাসটি রিপ্লেস না করা।

      তাই কম্পিউটারে সফটওয়্যার এবং সংরক্ষিত ডাটাগুলো নিরাপদ এবং কম্পিউটারকে গতিশীল রাখার জন্য লাইসেন্স কি যুক্ত আপডেটেড এন্টি ভাইরাস ব্যবহার করা প্রয়োজন।

৭। ভূয়া মেসেজে আকৃষ্ট হওয়া : আপনারা যখন নেটে কাজ করেন তখন বিভিন্ন সময় বিভিন্ন প্রলোভনযুক্ত মেসেজ ডিসপ্লে করে। উক্ত মিথ্যা মেসেজের মাধ্যমে হ্যাকারা ব্যবহারকারীকে অপ্রত্যাশিত ক্ষতিকর সফটওয়্যার ইনস্টল করতে প্ররোচিত করে। যার মাধ্যমে হ্যাকাররা ব্যবহারকারীর ব্যক্তিগত অর্থনৈতিক গোপন বৃত্তান্ত জেনে নেয়।

     তাই অন-লাইনে কাজ করার সময় কোন অবাঞ্জিত মেসেজ আসলে ভাল করে পড়ে এবং বুঝে উহাতে ক্লিক করা উচিত এবং কম্পিউটারে সবসময় আপ-ডেট এন্টি ভাইরাস ইনস্টল করা উচিত।কিন্তু আমরা তা না করে সবসময়ই নিজেদের হ্যাকারদের কাছে তুলি ধরি।

৮। ব্যাকআপ না রাখা : উপরে উল্লিখিত ভূলগুলোর কারণে কম্পিউটারে রক্ষিত মূল্যবান ডাটাগুলো হারিয়ে যেতে পারে। তাছাড়াও কম্পিউটারের ডাটা হারিয়ে যাওয়ার আরও একটি সাধারণ ভূল হল নিয়মিত ব্যাকআপ না রাখা।

     তবে আশার বিষয় হলো window vista এবং windows 7 এর সব ভার্সনে ব্যাকআপ সফটওয়্যার থাকে। এই অপশনটি ব্যবহার করার জন্য Start মেন্যুর Search বক্সে Backup লিখে এন্টির চাপুন এবং Backup and Restore চালু করুন। তাছাড়া windows xp এর অনেক ভার্সনে এই টুলটি রয়েছে। যা পাওয়া যাবে Start>All program> Accessories> System Tools> Backup এ ক্লিক করে চালু করা যায়।

ল্যাপটপ বা ডেস্কটপ কম্পিউটার ব্যবহারে ক্ষেত্রে উক্ত ভূলগুলো পরিহার করে আপনার কম্পিউটারে সংরক্ষিত ডাটাগুলো নিরাপদ রাখবেন এবং প্রতিধিন উক্ত ভূল পরিহারের নিয়মগুলো মেনে চললে ভাল ফল পাবেন বলে আশা করি।

SERIOUS MISTAKE OF COMPUTER USERS :

However, the problem may be severe, which may lead to loss of data stored on a USB device.

     So in order to avoid the risk of unwanted data loss, Windows Notification area (on the right side of the task bar) Safely Remove Hardware icon in the Devices list, double-click Removable to be found. Select the desired device from the list and then OK to open the windows to allow move safely. The USB device will be safe and your stored data will be safe also.

3. Computers were not password: password without a computer and without a lot of open doors in the house. If you do not like the door that no one can access it easily. If your computer is just not locked into any computer user can destroy the data.

     The unwanted users from your computer or computer data security sanraksi windows password or BIOS Password for all the time you need to hold the lock.

4. Repeated use of the same Password:  Password used to document the need for security. The Password must be complex. 8. Do not hold back-up: the above-mentioned reasons of mistakes that cause of  valuable data stored on the computer may be lost. Nor computer data loss is a common mistake is to keep regular backups.

     However, I hope that all of the window vista and windows 7 version is the backup software. Search box on the Start menu for this option and press the Backup and Restore Backup entry and then restart. The version of this tool has a lot of windows xp. Which can be found at Start> All program> Accessories> System Tools> Backup can be launched by clicking on.

Laptop or desktop computer using the data stored on your computer and eliminate the mistakes and safe everyday .  I hope you will get good results to follow those rules.

Digital Bangladesh গঠনের জন্য ইতোমধ্যে অনেক কার্যক্রম গ্রহণ করা হয়েছে। প্রথমে ৬৪টি জেলায় জেলা তথ্য বাতায়ন (www.dc districtname.gov.bd), উপজেলা পর্যায়ে ই-সেন্টার, ইউনিয়ন পর্যায়ে 4,501টি ইউনিয়ন তথ্য ও সেবা কেন্দ্র, ৬৪টি জেলায় জেলা ই-সেবা কেন্দ্র স্থাপন, জেলার সকল বিভাগ, উপজেলা ও ইউনিয়নগুলোর পৃথক পৃথক পেইজ রেখে ওয়েব পোর্টাল (www.districtname.gov.bd) তৈরী করা হয়েছে।  যে সিস্টেমগুলোর উপর ভিত্তি করে ডিজিটাল বাংলাদেশ গঠন প্রক্রিয়া এগিয়ে যাচ্ছে, যে সিস্টেমগুলোর মাধ্যমে দেশবাসীকে ই-সার্ভিস প্রদান করা হচ্ছে বা হবে, সেই সিস্টেমগুলোর বিষয়ে ব্যপক প্রচার বা প্রচারনা করা হচ্ছে না। দেশের অধিকাংশ জনগণ সরকারের ডিজিটাল এ ই সিস্টেমগুলোর সাথে পরিচিত নন। যেমন ৬৪টি জেলায় যে জেলা তথ্য বাতায়ন রয়েছে, সেখান থেকে যে জেলার সকল তথ্য পাওয়া যাবে, তা অধিকাংশ জেলাবাসী জানেন না। ফলে সঠিক এবং ব্যাপক প্রচারের অভাবে অনেক উদ্যোগই ব্যর্থ হয়ে যাচ্ছে। ইউআইএসসিগুলো এমন একটি শক্তিশালী মাধ্যম যার দ্বারা স্থানীয় জনগন সহজে এবং স্বল্প শ্রম ও অর্থ ব্যয়ে সরকারের যে কোন সেবা ঘরে বসে পেতে সক্ষম। তাই ইউআইএসসিগুলোর ব্যপক প্রচার/প্রচারনা করা আবশ্যক। নাগরিক সেবাগুলো জনগণ কিভাবে সহজে পেতে পারে, সে বিষয়ে ব্যপক প্রচারের জন্য নিম্ন-লিখিত ব্যবস্থাগুলো গ্রহণ করা যেতে পারে।

১) UISC এর কার্যক্রম সম্বলিত একটি বিল বোর্ড ইউনিয়নের প্রতিটি ওয়ার্ডের জনসম্মুখ স্থানে স্থাপন করা যেতে পারে এবং ইউনিয়ন পরিষদের স্থানীয় তহবিল (এলজিএসপি বা অন্যান্য খাত) থেকে উক্ত বিল বোর্ডের অর্থ বরাদ্দ করা যেতে পারে।

২) জেলা ও উপজেলা পরিষদের সকল মাসিক/ত্রৈমাসিক সভায় এজেন্ডাভূক্ত করে ইউআইএসসি এর কার্যক্রম নিয়ে সভার সকল সদস্যদের সাথে নিয়মিত আলোচনা করে স্থানীয় পর্যায়ে ব্যপক প্রচারের জন্য সভায় সিদ্ধান্ত গ্রহণ করা যেতে পারে।

৩) UISC উদ্যোক্তাগন তাদের কার্যক্রম, মোবাইল নম্বর, ই-মেইল আইডিসহ যে যে সেবা ইউআইএসসি থেকে প্রদান করা হয়, তার তালিকা দিয়ে একটি লিফলেট প্রকাশ করে স্থানীয় মেম্বার এর  মাধ্যমে বহুল প্রচার করতে পারে। এ বিষয়ে উপজেলা/জেলা প্রশাসন থেকে ইউআইএসসি ইউনিয়ন পরিষদের চেয়ারম্যান/ইউআইএসসি উদ্যোক্তাদের নির্দেশনা প্রদান করা যেতে পারে।

৪)  জেলা তথ্য অফিসের মাধ্যমে মাঝে মাঝে জেলা ও উপজেলা পর্যায়ে ইউআইএসসিগুলোর সেবা এবং উক্ত সেবাগুলো পাওয়ার উপায় সম্পর্কে মাইকে প্রচারের ব্যবস্থা গ্রহণ করা যেতে পারে।

৫) উপজেলা পরিষদ থেকে ইউআইএসসিগুলোর মাধ্যমে কি কি সেবা প্রদান করা হয় এবং সেবা গ্রহীতার কি করতে হবে সে সম্পর্কে বিস্তারিত উল্লেখপূর্বক একটি লিফলেট সকল ইউনিয়নের জনগণের মধ্যে বিতরণ করার ব্যবস্থা গ্রহণ করা যেতে পারে। 

৬) UISC গুলোর কার্যক্রম সাধারণ জনগনের মধ্যে জানিয়ে দেয়ার জন্য এবং সাধারণ জনগনকে এ বিষয়ে সচেতন করার জন্য বিভিন্ন মোবাইল অপারেটর কোম্পানীগুলোর মাধ্যমে প্রতি তিনমাস পর পর মোবাইল গ্রহকের নাম্বারে একবার গ্রুফ মেসেজ প্রেরণের ব্যবস্থা গ্রহণ করা যেতে পারে।

৭) মাঝে মাঝে ইউনিয়ন ও উপজেলা পর্যায়ের রাজনৈতিক/সামাজিক/ধর্মীয় নেতৃবর্গদের নিয়ে উপজেলা/জেলা প্রশাসনের পক্ষ থেকে সেমিনার/সিম্পজিয়াম এর আয়োজন করা যেতে পারে।

কোন প্রতিষ্টানের সাফল্য ঐ প্রতিষ্ঠানের প্রচার, কর্মদক্ষতা, নিষ্ঠা ও শৃংখলার উপর নির্ভর করে। কাজেই প্রতিষ্ঠানের কার্যবলীর প্রচার করা একটি গুরুত্বপূর্ণ টাস্ক। কারণ প্রচারেই প্রসার। যা Digital Bangladesh গঠণে ইতিবাচক ভূমিকা রাখবে বলে আশা করা যায়।

Comprehensive publicity of UISC’s activities :

Many activities have already been taken for the formation of Digital Bangladesh. Already start District Web Portal of the 64 districts (www.dc districtname.gov.bd), E-Center of the Upazilla level, Union Information and Service Center of Union level, district e-Service center of 64 District etc. Create a website (www.districtname.gov.bd) for dedicated the page of all departments of the district, the individual page of every Upazill and Union. The structure of digital Bangladesh is going ahead with those systems and e-service is being provided. But the promotion of comprehensive campaign is not enough about systems. The majority of people are not familiar with those digital systems. Web Portal contains information about the district, from which all information can be found, most of them do not know. As a result of the absence of accurate and comprehensive dissemination all initiates are fail. Local people get any government service by UISC with easy and low-cost, stay with home. So, It is necessary to take initiate the campaign of UISC. Under mention role may be follow for how easily people can get their services.

·  Set up a Billboard with UISC activities at every word of the Union. Union council of local funds (LGSP or other fund) can be allocated for the billboard.

·  Activities of UISC include of all monthly/tri-monthly meeting’s agenda of District and Upazila level and regularly discussed with the committee’s member for the promotion of a comprehensive decision can be taken.

·   UISC entrepreneur could be published a leaflet with their activities, mobile number, e–mail address and distribute in the union men through union member and others. District and upazila administration UISC Union Chairman / UISC can provide guidance to entrepreneurs.

·      Activities & service of UISC and how to get those service are  publicity by mike through district information office at the district & upazila level.

·     Published a leaflet by Upazilla parishad with what are the services provided by the UISC. Moreover, what to do about to get uisc service are mentioned it the leaflet & distributed to all the people.

·    To create awareness of mass people about UISC to send a group message by the various mobile operators after every three month.

·    Sometime to arrange a seminars/symposium with the leader of political/social/ religious at Upazila /District level about the uisc activities.

The success of the any organization depends on its competence, dedication and efficiency. So publicity of the uisc’s activities is an important task. Because publicity helps extend of the activities. Digital Bangladesh gathered which is expected to take a positive role.
